There has not been a release yet (though it is stable). It can be built from the source code.
Source Code
Lilium Salvation source code is licensed under the GNU GPLv2 (or at your option, any later version). Dark Salvation itself is not open source. Lilium Salvation does not include/reimplement the source code the Dark Salvation game logic (cgame, game, and ui QVMs in darks/*.ds1).
You cannot make a new game using this as the game logic cannot be distributed with the engine.
